To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bite Like a Man LLC, together with its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, and assigns, disclaims any and all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your participation in this course. You hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Bite Like a Man LLC and all related parties from any and all claims, demands, damages, causes of action, or losses, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to your participation.

6. Consent and Binding Agreement

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in this course, you explicitly consent to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that your consent is legally binding whether or not you physically sign this document. Participation in the course constitutes your full and irrevocable acceptance of these terms.

7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Colorado. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
