I'm Danny O'Connor
I stopped male eating disorder for good. My mission and purpose is to educate, support, build a community, and empower men who struggle with all forms of male eating disorders. I promised myself that if I ever found a way to beat this eating disorder I would build a community where other men can seek understanding and connection. For two decades I suffered in silence and felt alone. I am here to tell you that as one of the toughest people on the face of the planet and one of the most un stereotypical image of eating disorder,. that eating disorders or any mental health issues don't discriminate by your age, gender, or background. Anyone can be affected, even men. If you are a male struggling with ED you are not alone.
I began coaching men individually and in groups, and then compiled everything I taught and every question I answered and created the Bite Like A Man Course, which offers 17 hours of structured online guidance and education
